En test depuis environ 3 semaines suite anémie +++ Je le prends le matin à jeun comme indiqué par mon thérapeute. Effet assez rapide. Très très bonne digestibilité 👍 J'en suis vraiment très contente, il restera une référence pour moi. Je l'associe au methyl B12 pour une plus grande absorption car j'ai un syndrome intestin irritable++
