Je termine le premier sachet donc un peu tôt pour me prononcer sur l'efficacité produit. En tout cas, très facile à utiliser, je le verse dans mon thé légèrement refroidi pour atténuer le léger goût marin sans altérer la vitamine C sensible à la chaleur.

1ere cure donc difficile de dire mais j'ai fait cette cure après les gélules au curcuma qui elle a été bénéfique. Du coup le collagène est un bon complément. Je vais renouveler la prise d'ici quelques mois
